By accessing the Apple Mountain Country Club website or using any Club services — including the driving range, mini golf, restaurant, bar, pro shop, and any future amenities — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Club policies. If you do not agree, do not access the website or use Club services.
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with Club rules and community standards. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, disruptive conduct, unauthorized commercial activity, and any use of Club facilities inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Membership is governed by the Apple Mountain Country Club Membership Agreement, which contains the full terms and conditions for all membership tiers: Heritage, Legacy, and Founder. By submitting a membership application or making any membership payment, you agree to be bound by that Agreement in its entirety. The Membership Agreement supersedes any information on this website in the event of a conflict.
All reservations — including driving range bays, simulator sessions — are subject to availability and Club policies. The Club reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any reservation at any time for operational, safety, or maintenance reasons.
All bookings can be canceled without penalty 24 hours prior to the booking date. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a charge of 50% of the booking fee. No-call, no-show bookings will be charged 100% of the booking fee. Members are granted one mulligan per 30 days for a single late cancellation without charge; subsequent late cancellations are charged a flat $25 fee.
All registrations for Golf Academy programs, camps, private lessons, and instructional packages are governed strictly by the following refund, cancellation, and transfer terms:
To request a withdrawal from a Golf Academy camp or program, parents or participants must submit a written request via email to contactus@applegolfclub.com. Refund amounts are determined strictly by the date the written notice is received:
Private lessons and package sessions must be scheduled in advance with the assigned Golf Instructor. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit that session without refund or credit.
Gift card purchases and use are governed by the Apple Mountain Country Club Gift Card Terms & Conditions. Gift cards are final sale, do not expire, and are not eligible for member discounts, tier credits, or membership benefits. Gift cards may not be used toward membership initiation fees or dues.
Use of the TrackMan driving range is subject to the Driving Range Terms of Use & Safety Policy, which governs bay usage, guest limits, safety requirements, equipment use, and liability. By using the driving range, you agree to those terms in full.
Use of Club facilities — including the driving range, putting greens, mini golf, and event spaces — involves inherent risks of physical injury. By accessing Club facilities, members, household members, and guests voluntarily assume all such risks. The Club's liability is limited as described in the Membership Agreement and Driving Range Terms of Use.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Apple Mountain Country Club and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, Apple Mountain Country Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or Club facilities. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable service giving rise to the claim.
Certain services at the Club may be provided by third-party vendors, instructors, or caterers. The Club is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or quality of any third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted notice. Continued use of the website or Club services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from use of this website or Club services are subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions set forth in the Membership Agreement, where applicable. For matters not subject to arbitration, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be the state and federal courts of Warren County, New Jersey.
